I haven't heard of that yet - maybe not distro'ed out of state but I will keep an eye out for it! Speaking of Left Hand, they are seriously SO NICE. They just started distributing in CT through the distro that Sixpoint uses, so I get to drink them a lot. We did the tour of their facilities when we were out in Denver last year - highly recommend.

HAHAHAHA! I don't even check into everything anymore, only the unique ones or my favorites that I want to keep in my top 10 list.

Speaking of untappd, who's on it? I love the app, you can add me: thebestever (duh)

and i had this last night... i was a little apprehensive because it is a "smoked sour wheat" beer and i usually stay away from smoked beers because they are sometimes super smoked and taste like bacon and thats just gross.

ANYHOW - it's amazing. it's slightly smoked, super tart. i could drink barrels of it. the label art is pretty neat too!

There is another new Atlanta brewery that has a Thai Wheat.

It was pretty tasty.

THAI WHEAT

This SPICY American Wheat beer is as EXOTIC as the country that inspired it. This beer uses both fresh LEMONGRASS and GINGER to give it a refreshing aroma and taste taking you on a trip across the globe. We keep the beer DRY letting the spices stand out on their own giving you a unique experience.

This flavorful wheat ale is great for an escape into your Second Self.

Pairings include: fish, chicken, pork loin, grilled vegetables, sushi, and Asian cuisine.

5.1% ABV
18 IBU

Small Town Brewery---"Not Your Father's Root Beer" "Ale with a taste of spices" 5.9%abv

if you like root beer, you will like this--a little sweet (like Barq's) so you can't drink too much, but very nice stuff. I have loved root beer since I was a kid (A&W drive-in of course), so I'm kinda partial to it anyway. Never been a fan of "flavored" beers of any kind, but this will change my mind.....

went to their website and they make some 22oz bombers of it in 10.7% and a 19.5%!
