For reals! It was an awesome app for the first day or two, then it just got boring.

I had an idea for an iPhone app, but since I'm lazy, busy and have no knowledge of app developing I never ran with it...someone else did tho!

You said the same thing I did...I just explained the steps in a little more detail (because the last guy kept it short like you did and confused me...)

It's an iPhone optimized website, not an app, but if you're into weather check out the weather underground's iPhone site http://i.wund.com/ It's bad-ass, and only lightly ad-supported. It lets you pick from various PWS (personal weather stations) to get data from, including nice historical graphs.

OK, so I'm a bit of a weather geek since I'm looking for snow conditions on the mountain. But i.wund.com gives better information than the built in Weather app and the weatherbug app.

The weather underground's full website is pretty neat too. http://www.wunderground.com/

Though I still have plenty of bookmarks to http://stuff.mit.edu/weather for bare-bones, no ads, text weather.

Repairpal - pretty cool app.

Pick your car and it shows you what type of quotes (parts, labor) shops are giving on specific items. Also has roadside assistance numbers.

Not sure if it is buried in here anywhere or not - but AroundMe rocks.

Used it traveling recently and it quickly located everything I needed.

OK iPhone folks... what app are you using for file transfer from a computer (macbook) to the iPhone. Basically, I want to be able to use the iPhone as a flash drive.

Air Sharing?
Files?
Something else?

I'd prefer something that I run on the iPhone that lets me then mount the iPhone on my Macbook as a drive.

I've got Evernote installed on my iPhone and the various macbooks I use. But I haven't quite decided that it is the right answer for what to do with accumulated stuff I want to hold on to. Especially since if you use it heavily enough, you wind up having to buy into a subscription model.
