Wow. That's pretty neat looking. One benefit I see of a box vs. this, is by lighting from multiple sides you can create even light all around. With this though you could take it outside and shoot whatever. And like you said, not really be limited by size. Something I'd consider with your design is painting it all white so whatever light you have coming from wherever can be reflected back to your subject. Very interested to see how it works once you get it built. Have you tried making a cardboard mockup?

So this has been eating a lot of my time lately... My first Custom TF. G1 Brawn was my first TF ever so it seems very fitting that my first custom is Animated Brawn.

The guitar comes with the first version on the mold, Soundwave. It transforms into Lazerbeak.

With the figure he was re-painted out of... Electrostatic Soundwave. His Keytar transforms into Ratbat.

Alt Mode Pics. Just a note, the bottom side skirt in the alt mode was out of whack from the factory. I never could get it to line up exactly right. Quality control was actually pretty poor on this figure out of the box.

Homage to the original. He's an obscure Japanese Beast Wars Neo only character...

I took a small step in looking for them this weekend, I only found one, and I forgot the name of him. He's a little orange truck, I believe an AutoBot too.
