Very impressive collection man! I have a decent sized (about 10") transformer in my parents attic that I have been meaning to get down to give to my son. It's about 17 years old and all I can remember about it was it being mostly blueish green in color and I think it transformed into a tank. I'll try to get a pic of it and maybe you can tell me more about it since you seem to really know your transformer history.

Based on the info you've given me, the only thing I can think it would be is a Generation 2 Megatron seen here.

Otherwise I'd have to see a pic.

You can probably answer the biggest question I had, did they ever use any of the stuff that was in Optimus' trailer on the show? I seem to remember the little car being used once but never the laser cannon. Also, what was the deal with the blue space-ship thing that would go on Ultra-Magnus's chest? It had a small seat on it but again, it was never something in the show.
It always bugged me that no matter what he did as a robot his trailer was always ready just off set when he transformed, that and the whole "How does a robot that turns into a full size vehicle fit into a normal doorway only having to duck his or her head a little."
I did very poorly with suspension of reality as a child, I had a great imagination, but a horrible OCD where everything had to be to scale.

See... Now you're getting into stuff that's been debated in TF canon since day one. Again most of the toy stuff was created long before the show was ever created. The molds of different Japanese robot toys were just reused. So Magnus' chest piece and Prime's trailer weren't designed to be in the show. They just happen to come with the toy.

The scale thing is also still heavily debated. Some say, it's an alien technology so they just scale themselves as necessary. Look at Soundwave. He's a huge robot but when he transforms, he's a handheld cassette player.

Sorry but there's no definitive answers to your questions.

Nope. If I hadn't found Nulli I probably would consider it though.

holy $hit, Battle Beasts rock my world. I loved those things back in the day, with the little elemental heat holograms on their chests.

TF collection is amazing too, got any Go-Bots?

I do have a number of Go-Bots. I didnt' really have room for them so they're not on display. I have a slew of other transformers I don't have room for too so I'm kinda choosy sometimes.

I've got some Rock Lords too. They're in this pic at Fort Max's feet.

Nah. Kinda looks like that. It spins to raise and lower an elevator in his alt mode.

Konky... Old... That was last Tuesday.

I found an old Transformer that changed into a stereo. I have to try and find the casette tape transformer that fits into it.
