Default Got my car back, and WOW!

I seriously love my Mini dealer. I just got my car back after getting a new clutch and trans put in it, and I can safely say that the car has never, ever been this good, even when it was new.

I always hated the original shifter because whenever I would make and "pull back" shift (like 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6) the shifter would get caught whenever it passed neutral, especially when it was cold. The 2-3 and 4-5 shifts were fine, so I was always perplexed.

Well the new trans has none of that nonsense. All shifts are smooth as silk, and the car is so much nicer to drive. It's like getting a new Mini all over again!

Did I mention I love my dealer?

Yes! New clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and trans, all replaced under warranty. They even fixed all the dashboard rattles.

I got the car back washed and spotless.

It's good to have my Mini back. The loaner, while nice, just didn't cut it. Especially with the flappy paddle gear shift.

Nice! That's probably why it was such a good experience Crevier treated me really well until my car was out of warranty. Then, they treated me like $hit.

Glad to hear they worked it out for you. Gotta love good dealers, I haven't yet found out how good/not good our local dealer is.

Awesome man, a very very rare find these days, almost all stealerships that I've dealt with have screwed me over

Warranty stuff can be very dealer dependant. For example Waylen recommends everyone go to the South Atlanta dealership and they would do warranty work for me that Global imports was trying to screw me on.

Annoying for sure.

Mini of Towson. It's a bit of a drive, but not that much farther than Sterling, and I've heard not great things about Sterling.
