Info about the PAL (Euro) Retail version
http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=132738

One thing to note is the 40-50 minute install time as well as the 6.4GB of free space required. I might need to look at cleaning off some demos and ish...

Wow, that's some serious install time! Hell, the Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines install took long enough that I had to get a second beer.

Damn. Is install required? I pre-ordered mine on Amazon with launch day delivery (so Wednesday, November 24), and I was hoping to throw down on Thanksgiving with some cousins at my dad's place. I hope he has 6.4 GB free!

Time to delete GT5P off my PS3. I'll think about moving my GT PSP garage over, but to me there is no better way to start a new game of GT than with a Mariner Blue Miata.... 6 days!!!

Oh and I need a new router too.... damn it.

I have the same pre-order and I'm debating the same thing. I know he's got the free space but I guess we let it load up while we eat.

Pretty sure there won't be one in the US. The only bundle out or coming out has a Star Wars game and a Blu-Ray or something. Pretty uninteresting actually.

I am going to have to pre-order mine and pick it up. So excited.

Hahah yeah, I usually show up early so I'll just install it before everyone shows up. Ooh, that reminds me. I need to bring over some extra controllers for some LittleBigPlanet. I did that last year and it was a good time playing with four players.

I'm thinking we should make a thread where we can post our lap times to compare to each other.

Or we could start an MU tourney or something along those lines.

Yeah dude, I'm down. I'd like to see how good the online multiplayer turns out to be.

Well since we're gonna be able to create "rooms" for online play, I always figured we'd have a M/U room and race each other all the time.
